Design to fit your image!
One of the great things about the WhatsApp Widget is, that you dont have to let it look like just a basic Widget.
You can change and design your Widget to make it fit your company’s image as much as possible, and make it even more appealing for your users!
Some of the things you can do, to make it more personal is:
- Add pictures 📸
- Change the icon 🔘
- Add a banner 🌄
- Change the color 💚
- Add or change animations 🚀
These are only some of the main things you can do at the beginning, when you are designing your Widget.
Add FAQ to your agent
By adding FAQ’s to your agent in your Widget, you can increase the value for your customers and allow them to find the solution on their own, without having to wait for an answer, or even contact you.
This can be done very easily and the first thing you have to do, is login to your account at tochat.be, and go to your Widget and then choose the agent your want to add FAQ’s to.
When you press “add FAQ”, you will be able to add a headline, description and then you can add some of the most common questions that you get, and the answers that belongs to them, so that your users can find the solution to the issues or the question themselves.
This saves both you, and your customer, a lot of time and makes for a better process for everybody! 👍

When you have made all the changes, and added everything you need to add to your Widget, you are ready to publish it!
But before publishing something, it is always nice to have a look at it, before everyone else sees it, so that you can get any mistakes, errors or unnecessary features out of the way. It also allows you to get your design to be 100% flawless, and right as it should be! 👌
Here you can have a look at what all your work looks like, with all your agents, banners, pictures, icons and everything! It is always a good idea to check your work before publishing it, and we strongly recommend doing it!
Check your stats!
Checking on your stats and your progress is a vital part of moving from where you are today, to where you want to be in a month, 6 months, a year or maybe even more!
Everybody should have some kind of goals with what they do, for where they are working towards. Tochat.be allows you to follow the stats of your Widget, so you can check your progress at all times, and adjust if things are going below expectations, or keep pushing, if things are going great! 📈
Here you will be able to see alle the stats for your Widget! It even lets you benchmark against your other Widgets!
Make as many Widgets as you want!
Don’t worry about making to many agents, because at tochat.be you can make as many Widgets as you want. Usually you don’t need that many, but it is a good feeling to know, that you can make a Widget for every purpose you want covered! 😇
The way you make a new Widget is really simple!
To create a new Widget, simply go back out to the starting page when you log in, and then press Widgets, in the top toolbar!
Here you will find the page on the picture above, and to make a new Widget, all you need is to click on add new, or add a name and start making your Widget!
No matter how many Widgets you have, you will still be able to add an unlimited number of agents to your Widgets, so you can add all the agents you need, to provide your customers with the best possible service! 📞
