Why you should add a form to your Widget

Having a WhatsApp widget is great and can save you a lot of trouble. But if you don’t know how to get the most out of your Widget, you won’t see the real effect of the great customer management tool. 👎

Adding forms to your Widgets can safe you a lot of time and trouble, and here i will tell you why, and how you can add forms to your own WhatsApp Widget!

What is a form?

A form is a set of questions you can add to your WhatsApp agent, to get some information about your customers in advance. This could be about themselves, about issues they are facing, or about any reason why, they want to get in contact with you!

This way, you can get to know more about the reason why your customers want to get in touch with you, even before they contact you, which gives you the opportunity, to provide them with a way better customer service! 👍

There are many different approaches to a form, you can make a form for aimed for:

How do i make my form

Making and adding your own form to your WhatsApp Widget is really easy, and you can do it in just a few steps.

The first thing you need to do, is go to tochat.be and login. If you don’t have an account yet, you can make one for FREE. 😍

Go to Tochat.be and log in ✅

When you have arrived at the website, you will find the log in button at the top right corner. Here you can also create and account for free, if you don’t have one yet. When you are have complete your log in, you need to go to the Widget and the agent, that you want to add a form to. ✏️

Choose Widgets and then your agent! ✅
Go to “agents” >> Choose “add form” ✅

When you have your chosen Widget and agent, you will see a little button on your agent, that says ” add form”, which is the one you want to choose, to add a form to your agent!

Next, you will get a couple different options, about what kind of form you want to add 👇

Lets say you want to provide better support for your customers, then you might want to pick the support form.

Lets say you decided to go with the support form, now you can fill in the form with names, and the information you want from your customers!

Now you can start filling it our, pick different types of fields and finish your form, when you are done.
