As you know, we can add multiple agents to the WhatsApp Widget.
Each agent can have it is unique schedule.
Right now we label each agent as “offline” when the agent is not available. The reason for that is that you can still capture the lead and respond later.
Now we are working on the configuration so you can decide if you want to “hide” offline agents or if you want to “show” offline agents.
Configure Agent TimeTable
The first step is to add your timetable to your agent.
Once you have this configure, at the widget level, you can configure your options for agents.
This is the way to manage your agents and define your scheduling options.
