What is your business activity? What services do you offer?
We are Optisource Technology Solutions an application development agency based in the United Kingdom and Nigeria specializing in building modern technology solutions for businesses in Europe and Africa.
How do you include WhatsApp in your services?
We add the communication widgets for our clients on their online presence such as websites . This allows them to seamlessly communicate with their clients and customers.
Why do you prefer WhatsApp over the other messaging platforms and how does WhatsApp help your clients on their web?
WhatsApp has grown significantly in popularity over the years both in their personal and business space. Most people use WhatsApp to communicate. Therefore we find it useful to include it as a communication channel for our clients. Clients have reported that by including the widget, they get more engagement from their customers thereby leading to better relationships and more sales.
What type of businesses want to hire your services and use WhatsApp widget? (in terms of industry, activity, size etc)
We get a lot of briefs from small and medium sized organisations. We are a reasonably sized agency so we are big enough to handle technically challenging tasks but small enough to be flexible when needed. We get briefs from ecommerce companies, edu-tech companies, health-tech, property-tech, fin-tech to name a few.
Do you suggest your clients the use WhatsApp link on their social media accounts as well?
We usually work to the clients brief but we have made these suggestions to some clients when they ask for our guidance.
What feedback do you receive from your clients after providing your services?
Oh the clients are always very happy and impressed with our services. They are particularly glad when they find out their clients can reach them directly on whatsapp just by clicking on the widget from their website.
