In the messages toolbar, click on the “bell” icon to open the reminders calendar tool.
You can select the date to set up the alert. If the client is saying to reach him tomorrow, or in two hours or in a week, you can add a quick alert for yourself.

In the left sidebar menu, you can view all your alerts and keep track of your tasks to organise your daily work.
Once you are done with your alert, you can just mark it as done. This will help you review your team goals and tasks.
