This is very annoying in WhatsApp with someone outside your contact list call you directly in WhatsApp. This is happening a lot with Spammers who want to sell bitcoin or other services.
Right now there is NO way to block calls from contacts outside your contact list. This will be something necessary and urgent as more and more businesses are using WhatsApp in a daily bases.
What you can do to block WhatsApp calls
The best way to block calls is to block the caller. You can do this very easily when you receive a call.
- Click on the contact number.
- Block Contact.
Of course you can use external apps to block calls, but this is never something you can suggest to anyone. Unauthorised apps are never something you can use and you can be in danger to loose your phone number.
Please be careful and do not use unauthorised apps.
