If you add links to your TikTok bio, it is very likely that they now work 100% right all the time. For some reason, TikTok blocks some links from going out to creators or normal accounts. You need to be a business account to have links that work 100% right all the time.
Your links can work on other pages and websites, but links to WhatsApp will not work if you do not have a business account.
