WhatsApp is launching the WhatsApp Business Directory. This is an internal search engine for WhatsApp Business. The idea is to be able to search for a business inside WhatsApp.
You can be in WhatsApp and you need a Taxi Transfer, a Gardener, a Lawyer… You will be able to search and find the business right on WhatsApp.
This is going to transform the experience in WhatsApp specially for Small Business that will be able to rank and obtain new visibility for their businesses.
As today, this option is only available for Android and Brazil.
