Step 1: Understand What the Marketplace Is

  • The Marketplace is a feature that lets you group multiple widgets into a single landing page.

  • Each widget represents a business or professional offering a service (e.g., tarot readers, teachers, lawyers, plumbers).

  • The goal is to allow end users to browse, compare, and contact the right service provider directly via WhatsApp.

Step 2: Choose a Niche or Sector

  • Decide on a category or sector where a Marketplace would make sense.

  • Example: Tarot Readers using WhatsApp.

  • You can create Marketplaces for:

    • Teachers by subject

    • Lawyers by specialization

    • Consultants by language/location

    • Any vertical service

Step 3: Create Your Widgets

  • Go to your Chatwi Dashboard > Widgets.

  • Create widgets for each client or business.

  • Configure:

    • Agent profiles

    • WhatsApp forms

    • Look and feel (custom design)

  • Add key business info: name, phone, location, description, video (optional).

Step 4: Enable Marketplace View

  • Still in the Widgets section:

    • You will see the option to enable or disable Marketplace view per widget.

    • All active widgets will appear in your Marketplace.

    • To remove a widget, simply deactivate it (it will be hidden).

Step 5: Preview Your Marketplace

  • Navigate to your account settings to find your Marketplace link.

  • Click on it to preview how your Marketplace looks.

  • This page will display:

    • A grid or list of all active widgets

    • Each linking to the widget’s own landing page

Step 6: Customize Each Landing Page

  • On each widget’s landing page, you can add:

    • Description

    • YouTube video

    • Location

    • Phone number

    • Additional text or images

  • This content helps improve conversion and SEO.

Step 7: Share the Marketplace

  • Share your Marketplace link with potential users or on social media.

  • Use SEO tactics:

    • Optimize for keywords like “free tarot consultation WhatsApp”

    • Target specific locations or languages

    • Tailor widget titles and descriptions accordingly

Step 8: Get a Test Account (Optional)

  • If you want to try the Marketplace without affecting your main client account:

    • Contact Chatwi support

    • Request a free premium test account

Step 9: Unlimited Use & Access

  • There are no limits to:

    • How many widgets you can add

    • How many leads you generate

  • Clients will still have access to their widgets as usual

  • Marketplace is simply a frontend layer—the backend functions stay unchanged

Tips for Success

  • Focus on mobile experience—most users will access your Marketplace from phones.

  • Keep designs clean and simple.

  • Highlight unique selling points for each widget/business.
