Step 1: Go to the Landing Page Builder
-
In the Chatwith dashboard, go to the Landing Pages section.
-
Choose or create a Widget, then define a landing page for it.
Note: If you’re using a white-label setup, the landing page domain will reflect your custom domain.
Step 2: Customize the Landing Page URL
-
Choose a custom URL path (e.g.
yourbusiness.com/booking) -
Use clear, memorable terms like:
-
/booking -
/quote -
/your-business-name
-
Step 3: Add Business Details (Optional)
-
Phone number and address can be added.
-
These will appear at the top of the page for extra credibility.
-
Ideal for local businesses and service providers.
Step 4: Add Content Blocks
🧾 Text Sections
-
Legend (appears right below the logo and widget name)
-
Extra Text (used to provide more context, offers, disclaimers, etc.)
Mobile-first design tip: Keep content brief and clear — most visitors will view on mobile.
Step 5: Add Visuals
Image Gallery
-
Upload multiple images about your service, product, or business.
-
This gallery shows visually below the legend and main content.
YouTube Video
-
Add a promotional, testimonial, or explainer video.
-
You only need the video ID (not the full YouTube URL).
Example:
For this URL:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abcd1234
Paste only:abcd1234
Step 6: Choose a Layout Template
-
Templates available include:
-
Default
-
Alpha
-
Bravo
-
Gamma
(More may be added)
-
All templates use the same content elements — they just present them with different layouts and styles.
Step 7: Adjust Simplicity vs Detail
You can go:
-
Simple: Just a widget and CTA (ideal for fast lead generation).
-
Rich: Add video, images, text, address — great for building trust or explaining services.
Think about your customer journey:
-
If the user needs more trust → add video, photos, social proof.
-
If you’re running direct-response ads → go with minimal, fast-loading design.
