How to add WhatsApp Widget to Tilda website

This guide shows you how to add Tochat.be widget or form to a Tilda page. The process is straightforward once you know where to look in the Tilda interface.

Method 1: Add the Widget via Site Settings (Recommended for Site-Wide Use)

  1. Open your Tilda website and go to Site Settings.
  2. Select Insert Code (or the equivalent option for adding custom code).
  3. Click to Edit Code so you can work in the Head section.
  4. Paste the Chatwith widget code into the Head section.
    (Copy the code from your Chatwith dashboard.)
  5. Click Save.
  6. Important: Go back to your site and Publish it.
    Saving alone is not enough — you must publish for the changes to go live on the internet.

Once published, the widget should appear on your Tilda site.

Method 2: Add the Form via an HTML Block (For Specific Placement)

If you prefer to embed the form in a particular section of a page:

  1. On your Tilda page, add an HTML block/section.
  2. Copy the form code from your Chatwith account.
  3. Paste the code into the HTML block.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Publish the page so the form becomes live.
