Log in to your account and go to the widget where you want to activate this service. Everything is configured from the landing page section.

Step 2: Complete your Google My Business information
Fill out the information that Google requests in the form. Important: This information must exactly match the information on your Google My Business listing. Include:
Country: The country where your business is located.
City: Your city or town.
Region: Typically the province or autonomous community.
Postal code: The code of your address.
Address: Write it exactly as it appears in your Google My Business listing.

Step 3: Define the service and its description
Service: Write something specific about what you offer. Don’t use your business name here. For example:
If you’re a hair salon: “Haircut appointment available.”
If you’re a lawyer: “Legal advice available.”
Description: Detail what your business does. For example:
Hair salon: “We offer cuts, coloring, and styling for the whole family.”
Lawyer: “We help people with divorces, inheritances, and more.”
Note: Don’t copy exactly the same text as in the service field. Google validates it, so make it descriptive and unique.
Step 4: Save and wait for approval
Click “Save.” We’ll receive your request in our dashboard.
We’ll review the data to ensure it complies with Google’s policies and avoid rejections. We filter out anything that Google doesn’t accept (you know what I mean!).
Step 5: Done! Your button will appear
Once approved, the “Request Bookings” button will appear on your Google My Business profile. This will help you capture more leads and connect with clients directly via WhatsApp.
