Yes you have a button to “add contact” from the calendar.

Can established appointments be rescheduled to a different time directly from the widget interface?

Yes you can move bookings once they are in the calendar.

Once you click to change the booking, you can move the booking to the slots available.

Is it possible to filter booking options by medical specialty so that the displayed options show the corresponding doctor depending on the specialty the patient is looking for?

Yes!! You can add options for the agents to by displayed. You can create an Agent for each speciality and then display the ones the client wants.

Are there any additional costs for the WhatsApp reminders sent to patients?

There are not additional costs for WhatsApp reminders.
