Reservations for restaurants with the WhatsApp Widget

We are not the best solution for restaurants because normally you need a floor plant and different configuration for tables (like 2 guests, 4 guests, 8 guests etc…) and that is something we do not have.

What we have and how you can use our system is for a very simple booking configuration.

Let’s see how this works.

1. Setup your widget

For the widget you only need to add the basic information of your restaurant. Name, widget header message (a call to action) and that is.

2. Setup your agent

For the agent you can add some basic information about the reservation. Like name and WhatsApp number. Then you can add “number of guests” and you can add a price for the reservation so you can have some view in your future revenue.
