How “Close Conversation” feature works

Sometimes we want to close a conversation base on some options we have in our “Drop Down”. Let’s say you have a menu with 4 options. One option is a “bad” option and you want those users to not progress to your WhatsApp.

You can use “Close conversation” option for that reason.

Inside your form, you can choose and option to become “close conversation”. You can add a message to close the conversation in the widget.

If the lead choose that option, the lead will be safe and label as “close”.

You can filter leads by “Close” label.
