- First enter the chat you want to send the photo to.
- Press the camera icon which is located on the keyboard.
- You can either select a photo from your camera roll or take a photo by pressing the circle or a video by maintaining it.
- If you want, you can insert a message by pressing on the add a comment icon which is at the bottom
- You can also select more than one picture and it´ll send them altogether.
- To send it just press the send button.
- Be aware that whatsapp crops your pictures to a 1:1 aspect ratio as a preview for the person who you will be sending it to.
- The user will have to click on the picture to see the full image.
- You have to be aware of this since there can be messages on the picture (for instance, promotions, coupons, discounts) which are important but the person you are sending this will not see it because of the cropping.
