How to create a contact

1. Press the icon on the lower right corner.
2. Select the create new contact icon.
3. Put the number, name and whatever characteristics you want.
4. Press save

You can use the WhatsApp link to create a direct link to your WhatsApp number, this way you avoid this process to your customers. Creating a new contact is a pain for most customers.
